90-Day Warranty

All PDX Brands non-rechargeable (battery-operated) or non-vibrating products qualify for a 90-day warranty. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase against mechanical failure or manufacturer defect. Claiming on the 1-Year Warranty requires proof of purchase from a PDX Brands Authorized Retailer within the warranty period. All Brands and sub-brands will have a 90-day warranty regardless of whether they are rechargeable or not. Edible products are non-refundable.
